ashley & matt ….. MARRIED!

ashley & matt are one of the local couples of whose weddings we had the pleasure of photographing this year. they were a totally laid back, fun couple to shoot… as were their friends and family (extremely handsome bunch of people, might i add)! erica and ashley grew up going to the same church, and erica enjoyed seeing some friends from years past at their wedding. plus, they were actually married in a church! (many of our couples are from out of town and get married at the beach,  garden, or resort (which is great, but we have a soft spot for traditional church ceremonies). so without further delay, here are the images from their big day! congratulations, ashley & matt… look us up next time you’re back in the states! :)

rafael & angie – MARRIED!

rafael and angie got married on a perfect day at the beach near the jetties. this was truly a flawless day, it looked like rain off in the distance, but it never did come a shore. the beach house that they got ready in was beautiful. from the top floor where angie was getting ready we could see dolphins all over jumping and riding the waves like they were body surfing. i have never seen dolphins like i did that day. another cool thing is the fact that raphael loves dolphins, it was like it was a sign from god that this was a blessed day. we only had the chance to meet angie & raphael a couple of days before the wedding. we felt an instant connection with them. raphael’s  mother came with them to our consultation, an interesting thing about her is that she is from israel!!! she is one of the sweetest women i have ever met! i love her although i hardly know her. angie’s family were just as generous. the whole event was all about love of family. it was a pleasure to met and photograph this couple and their family and friends.                - ryan
