Pure 7 Studios bio picture

Welcome.

Pure 7 Studios takes great pride in our passion. Studying, learning, and researching every day... striving to be better than we were the day before. We want our images to tug at the heart by capturing all the wonderful moments that we often take for granted. We want to write the story through our work. Art is about life, the way the heart sees it. We are inspired and driven by our passion. We get excited when we capture emotions through the lens. We do not try to classify our work as being traditional or artistic, we simply feel the shot and go with it, capturing the real moments.

family faves 2011….

better late than never i say. i know the whole “best of 2011/year in review” stuff is usually around the first of the year. well, in case you have not figured it out we like to do things a little different around here. these pictures are some of my favorite from the past year. we are now gearing up for a crazy busy spring/summer. we look forward to all our new families and excited to see the families come back from years past.

ryan’s wedding faves from 2011 part II

ryan’s wedding faves from 2011……

so this post is about three weeks too late, but hey we don’t like to be like everyone else. here is a collection of photos we shot in 2011 that i think shows what we are all about. we had such a blast this past year and are looking for an even greater one this year. thank you to all our brides for choosing pure7. we truly love each and everyone of you.

my princess is growing up……

where has my little baby gone? no longer are the days of me rocking my little girl to sleep, but here are the days of my 6 year old saying “daddy you are the best dad i’ve ever had.” having a little girl has changed my life in so many ways. her birth is half the reason i even got into photography. i look forward to every day with her. . .seeing her change into the beautiful young lady she is becoming.

danna’s breathtaking bridal…

i am so in love with danna’s bridal photos!  for starters, she is absolutely beautiful.  when danna is in front of the camera, she owns it.  then you add the lovely eden gardens state park as the backdrop and the result looks a little something like these beauties.  this fall the colors at eden were so incredible i couldn’t get enough.  we have been lucky enough to get to know danna & her (now) husband, keegan, over the past year very well.  from their engagement, to the wedding, we feel like they’re family!  oh and stay tuned for some adorable images of their little man, landon, to make an appearance on the blog soon!
